It had been a few days since the incident in the art room with Jonathan, Millie herself had felt embarrassed obviously, but she felt that it was only expected that she would need to confront the situation. She had waited around for him after P.E to see if he was running late or sitting out for a test, but still nothing. Standing with a rather disappointed expression, she crossed her arms and kicked her sneakers at the floor with a sigh.

Jamie was heading out of the main building and out to the gym for his Physical Education class when he happened to notice Millie standing about, a rather glum expression about her. It actually wasn't a very new expression, nor was it very surprising to see it on Millie's face, after all, Johnathan had been wearing a very similar expression on his face for the past few days now as he locked himself away in the Martin household. It didn't take a genius to deduce that he was having gal troubles, moreover, gal troubles with Millie, the only skirt he'd been bothering to chase (if you could even call it that) since day one. It also didn't take a genius to figure out that Millie was having similar woes of her own with her matched expression to Johnathan's, her standing about waiting for someone to exit the last P.E. class who wasn't there.

Obviously, something had happened between them and now was the time to nose about.

"Hey Millie, you waiting for someone?" Jamie inquired as he approached Millie's post.

"I was actually, I don't suppose Jonathan made it to school today?" She asked, her expression a bit hopeful.

"Nope, sorry. He's been in a bit of a funk since the other day. Can't say I know why, I mean, I know we're twins and all and we're supposed to have that whole symbiotic thing going on for the lot of us, but really I need him to tell me things and the reason for his depressed state has not been explained to me." Jamie replied at length, feigning a concerned sigh as he turned on his detective scope while he looked to Millie. "Do you happen to know anything?" He perused.

"Well, I guess. I mean, I dunno." Millie said, fidgeting bashfully now. "Something did happen the other day, and I wanted to talk with him about it but I guess he's avoiding me." She said with a frown.

Oh, I see. Jamie thought to himself as he gave a subtle nod of his head before he cleared his throat and reached out to grasp at Millie's shoulder.

"Oh HEAVENS no, that's not what he's doing. He wouldn't avoid you. I think whatever happened just rattled his cage a bit and he just needs to know that everything is alrighty-roo." Jamie explained with a firm nod.

"Alright, what should I do then?" Millie asked Jamie, her lips pursed slightly with a hopeful expression.

"Well, I think you should drop in, give him a visit. He did that for you when you were laid up, you should return the favor. Visit him and chat." Jamie instructed with a sure tone.

"I'm sure that won't be the case, but in the off chance it is, go on ahead and give him a good kick to the shin and tell him that you came there to see him out of the goodness of your heart and he's a git for not being grateful." Jamie grinned.

"I think you'll find you'll be thanking me rather than blaming me." Jamie gave a rather cocky grin before retracting his hand and turning to step into the building. "I'll catch you later, Millie. Hope you sort things out with my brother." He said.

Millie had taken Jamie's advise and after school, drove on over to the Martin house. She had tried calling and texting Jonathan, but didn't hear anything back and couldn't wait any longer. Jogging up to the door and knocking at the frame anxiously she found that she couldn't wait to see him.

Jamie had taken extra precautions to make sure that Millie and Johnathan would have alone time, even going so far as calling both of his parents and insisting they don't go home for an hour or so as well as kidnapping Bliss for the afternoon after school (even offering to take Jackaby with them). Thus, Jamie had effectively emptied out the Martin home, leaving Johnathan all alone.

For the first time in about two days now, Johnathan had left his room and was currently sitting in living room, watching some old DVDs his dad had laying around. He'd been stuck in a funk, well, more like an embarrassed daze since the other day when Millie walked out, leaving him hanging after a kiss. He probably should have tried to shrug it off, but as it was his first and only kiss, with the girl he liked moreover, he felt like there was no time to rebound. He was embarrassed beyond all belief, so embarrassed he'd been stowed away...until now.

He heard a rapid knocking at the door, causing him to tilt his head and look over. He contemplated not answering it, just ignoring it and playing it off as if he weren't home, but decided to answer it in the off chance it was something important.

He stood up, straightened up his PJs, and ruffled his hair a bit. He strode oer to the door and went ahead and opened it up without checking to see who it was. Needless to say, he wished he had before he opened it up as he was instantly taken aback.

"Oh...uh...hey...Millie." He uttered bashfully.

Millie was almost surprised when she knocked that she would get Jonathan the first try, according to Jamie he had been boarded up in his room so she hadn't expected an answer. That being the case, and that regardless of their awkward moment, she had missed him. So upon seeing him answer the door Millie couldn't help but smile. She leant forward a bit, placing her hand onto the door frame as she did so before licking her lips to speak.

"May I come in?" She asked.
