The threesome bounced down the stairs and Bliss immediately approached the two teens standing and idly chatting with her Mother.

"G'day." Bliss greeted. She was like that, up front and friendly.

Kiona smiled and chuckled shortly at her daughters before gesturing to the two by her. "Boys, this is Iggy and Millie, Mina's kids."

Millie smiled brightly, showing from the get go that she was plenty approachable as Bliss. "Salutations." She greeted with a brisk wave.

"E'llo." Jamie greeted as he approached the twosome all the while earning a grin and a hat tip from Millie's gangly looking brother.

"Greetin's." He smiled.

Johnathan had just approached and gave Iggy an acknowledged nod before turning to face Millie, finding his breath initially hitching before a sappy smile twitched and spread across his face. He'd seen many girls that "took his breath away" and made his "insides turn to mush", but there was something about Millie Horowitz. She was all that and more upon first glance.

"Uh...hi." He said, eyes on Millie with a dorky grin painting his lips.

Jamie gave a laugh and went to tell Millie who was who when Johnathan quickly interrupted.

"I'M Johnathan and that's my brother Jamie." Johnathan stated, stepping forward and offering his hand out to Millie. "And you must be Millie. Mum's told us about you and your family some." He nodded.

"Yes, and that's my big brother Iggy." Millie said, nodding to her brother before accepting Jonathan's hand and giving it a shake. "It's a pleasure." She added with a smile.

"If you kids want to head out your Dad and I've got everything under control here. Be back by six though, we've got dinner at your American Grandparents place." Kiona said.

It had been a few weeks since the Martin brood had started working at settling in their new home at the old Walker estate, and in that few weeks they'd busted out a good deal of it. A good enough deal of it that Jacey and Kiona decided that it was time to call some old friends over, meaning Mina and her fam-bam, for a housewarming dinner.

The house had been cleaned up rather nicely with everything from touched up floors to brand new furniture, from newly hung pictures to old pictures and ornaments about the house being cleaned up. It was warm and homey, just as it was years before when Grandpa Walker and his brood had first settled in it themselves.

Upon hearing that the Horowitz family would be joining them for dinner, namely Millie, Johnathan couldn't help but have a mini panic attack before busting otu his A-game, which meant frantically cleaning, trying to help with dinner, and trying to clean himself up to impress Millie.

He was currently in a bathroom upstairs, fresh out of the shower and adorned in nothing but a towel as he tried to style his hair and groom himself otherwise.

"You're gonna impress her, not like that bug dummy Travis, right? Yeah you are. Yeah." He said, giving himself a pep-talk as he cotinued to primp himself.

Meanwhile, downstairs, Jamie, who hadn't taken nearly as much time as his brother to get ready, was in the kitchen trying to help his dad finish up dinner while they awaited their guests.

The Horowitz family had made plans to have dinner over with the Martin brood. Mina and Kiona were best, life long friends so Kiona moved back would mean an inevitable family dinner. Millie was looking forward to it but in a different way than Jonathan was. She liked him a lot after having spent so much time with him, but she thought of it as more of a friend thing. He was still new and Millie was already seemingly his best mate, she should be there and friendly. Not that that was hard for her. For the event Millie did spiff up a little bit, adorning a light pink sun dress in honor of Valentine's Day passing; a white daisy in her hair. Cute as a button, as per usual.

Bliss was not dressed up at all. Sporting her Gryffindor House varsity t shirt and regular jeans with her curly blond hair left as an untamed lion's mane. She was exiting her room to help with the set up for the dinner when she overheard some muttering in the bathroom. Stepping over and putting her ear to the door she spoke, "You talking to yourself bro?"

Johnathan was in the midst of slapping on some rather potent cologne and blathering on mindlessly to himself about how he was going to rock Millie's socks when he heard a voice from the other side of the door, a voice that sounded much like...

"Bliss! Go away!" Johnathan hollered, mostly embarrassed.

"If you keep talking to yourself like that, men in their white coats are gonna take you away!" Bliss laughed before jogging downstairs.

"Shut your butt!" Johnathan hollered after his sister with a flushed face before going on ahead and scrambling for his clothes, having been embarassed enough.

"Do loonies run in the family, Dad?" Bliss asked, bouncing off the stairs and prancing into the kitchen. "If so, Jamie you're next." She said nodding at the other twin.

"I don't know, sweetheart. Have you seen your Grandpa Tim?" Jacey teased as he turned to watch his daughter bound into the kitchen. "Wash your hands and help your brother finish cooking, will you?" He said before stepping over to reach into a cabinet to grab at some plates.

Jamie pursed his lips at Bliss' statement.

"I'm not next, if it's anyone, its you. You got your girly bits from Mum which means you probably hvae her family's crazy." He said with a firm nod.

"Well Jonathan is up there talking to himself, reason would dictate his twin is next. You guys are like from the same egg or whatever." Bliss shrugged as she walked over to the sink to wash her hands. "'Wonder what's taking him so long to get ready anyhow, he does know he doesn't have to be in fancy dress for this, right?" Bliss asked.

"You come from a similar egg, an egg that had time to mature in Mum's crazy for another year and a half before hatching. Therefore, you're next." Jamie countered quickly, pulling a cringe from the Martin patriarch.

"Alright, alright, enough talk about your mum's...eggs or whatever, just get your jobs done." He said, shaking his head before exiting the kitchen.

Jamie couldn't help but laugh at Jacey's reaction before turning back to Bliss.

"Well, if you ask me, I think he's got all these girly feelin's for Millie." He nodded.

Bliss laughed too while drying her hands before joining at her brother's side. "Yeah, I saw that he's been kinda followin' her 'round. A bit like a lost puppy." She nodded.
